- Residents are responsible for the actions of their guests and children.
- Facilities are for the use of residents of Alaqua Lakes and their guests.
- Organized team practices are not permitted at the Pavilion’s ball field.
- Pets are not allowed on common areas except sidewalks.
- Owners must clean up after pets.
- Pets must be leashed.
- There will be no paintball, air soft, bb, or pellet guns on Pavilion or park grounds.
- Please dispose of trash in proper receptacles.
- No bikes, skateboards or scooters in pool or Pavilion area.
- All Guests must be accompanied by a resident.
- Playing "wall ball" is prohibited on the building at The Pavilion.
Park hours: 7 A.M. to 10 P.M.
Vandalism will be prosecuted.
